Meridyth Stefhon is a passionate member of The Community Lighthouse, excited to be part of a team that makes a real difference in the community. Having personally experienced the benefits of therapy, she is committed to ensuring that more people have access to the mental health support they need to live fulfilling lives.

Originally from Texas, Meridyth has spent most of her life in New Mexico, where she fell in love with the state’s beautiful skies and sunsets. She earned her degree from New Mexico State University (NMSU) and is dedicated to helping individuals find the tools they need for happiness and well-being.
 

In her free time, Meridyth enjoys hiking with her family, reading, painting, and spending time with her cats. Her passion for creativity and the outdoors reflects her holistic approach to self-care and mental wellness.
