Janet Espinoza, LCSW, is a dedicated social worker at The Community Lighthouse, committed to helping clients reach their full potential and break barriers in their lives. Janet values the compassionate and collaborative team at TCL and finds fulfillment in supporting clients as they achieve their treatment goals.

Born and raised in Las Cruces, New Mexico, Janet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from New Mexico State University (2017) and a Master’s degree from Our Lady of the Lake University (2019). She is currently pursuing a PhD in Social Work at Our Lady of the Lake University, further deepening her expertise in the field. Janet also provides bilingual services in Spanish, ensuring her work reaches a broader community.

Outside of work, Janet enjoys spending time with her daughter and three cats. Her hobbies include reading thrillers and fantasy novels, building puzzles, and bodybuilding, activities that keep her both mentally and physically engaged.
